About Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood of Miami, south of Brickell and east of Coral Gables, with Biscayne Bay as its eastern border. Its purpose-built rentals sit on its western side along Metrorail and The Underline: the Link at Douglas towers by Douglas Road station and a tower at Coconut Grove station. The Link at Douglas towers market themselves as Coral Gables, but their addresses are in the City of Miami.

That makes the Grove's rentals unusually transit-friendly. Grove Central Residences is at Coconut Grove station and includes workforce and co-living units and four- and five-bedroom plans. Cascade Link at Douglas and Core Link at Douglas are across from Douglas Road station next to The Underline, and Core also offers income-qualified workforce plans.

Coconut Grove suits renters who want rail at the door and the bay, Brickell and Coral Gables a short ride away, in a neighborhood with a long history. It suits car-light commuters and University of Miami staff in particular. See Coral Gables and Brickell.
