MiaRent was founded by Alexa Egorov to give renters what she saw buyers get on MiamiBuilds: real numbers, every building in one place, and someone to set up the visit.
Meet Alexa Egorov
Alexa has worked in Miami real estate since 2016, in client advisory and investment analysis, and is the editorial lead behind MiamiBuilds, the South Florida new-construction directory she co-founded with Konstantin Egorov.
On MiamiBuilds, the idea was simple: put every development, its real pricing and its real timeline in one place, so buyers don't depend on whoever happens to answer the phone. Renters face the same problem in a different form. Prices hide behind “call for details,” fees appear at signing, and every building's website describes itself differently.
MiaRent is Alexa's answer for renters. Every purpose-built rental building in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach gets one page in the same format: starting rents by floor plan, what each price includes, required fees, pet rules, specials, and when we last checked. When you find one you like, we set up the showing for you.

Real rents, not ads
Every building page shows its published starting rents by floor plan, the required fees and the date we checked, so you can compare before you tour.
One page per building
We list purpose-built rental buildings only: one owner, one leasing office. Today that is 410 buildings across 76 South Florida neighborhoods.
We set up the showing
Pick a building and a time and we arrange the visit with the leasing office, and help you compare it with others nearby. Free for renters.

From MiamiBuilds to MiaRent
- 2016Joins Team Egorov
Alexa joins the Miami real estate practice she runs with Konstantin Egorov, bringing a background in client advisory and investment analysis.
- 2023Co-founds MiamiBuilds
Together they launch MiamiBuilds, a South Florida directory of new-construction and pre-construction developments, open to every buyer.
- 2026Founds MiaRent
Alexa brings the same approach to renters: every rental building on one page, with real rents, fees and pet rules, and a simple way to book a showing.
Where the numbers come from: each building's own published rents, fees and specials, checked on the date shown on its page, plus public records for building sizes and opening years. Prices change often, so confirm everything with the building before you sign. If a page is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
