A: [You will find a lease agreement attached on each page for all villas]

Q: [What is the check in and check out time?]

A: [Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11am. For late check out, an extra day will be charged]

Q: [Why must I sign the release?]

A: [Our vacation rentals are each located on the water and each villas contains a pool and a dock. Without precaution, it can be extremely dangerous. We do not want your dream holiday to become a nightmare. We cannot rent the house without a signed release form]

Q: [How can I pay the deposit?]

A: [Very easily with PayPal by adding the "villa" to cart. Please be sure to bring a cashier check or cash for the residual payment, before the check in]

Q: [When will I get back my deposit?]

A: [You will receive your full money back upon departure if there is no damage to our home. Electricity up to $250 a month will be covered by us, and any overage will be charged to you]

Q: [How much are the taxes in Miami Dade?]

A: [On top of the rental fee, there are 7% sale taxes and 3% resort taxes]

Q: [When will I get the key?]

Q: [Are Miami Beach and South Beach still prohibited for vacation rental?]

A: [Yes, South Beach and Miami Beach are strictly reserved for rentals of more than 6 months. Holiday and vacation short term rental is forbidden by law in these areas]

Q: [Why did I receive another house?]

A: [If your house becomes unavailable, we will make sure to provide you with another villa. The villa will always be the same size or bigger, and it will be in the same location. For example: 16481 NE 31st Ave can be replaced with 16451 NE 34th Ave]
