Have I the right to rent in N Miami Beach, for less than 3 months ? The
City of N Miami Beach took New Ordinance, November 17 2009, to forbid
definitively short term rental or vacation rentals for less than three
months. Only 8 houses was grandfather in. Seven belongs to us. Best Miami Rentals is renting homes in Eastern Shores since years and paid

N Miami Beach, Eastern shores is a waterfront gated community by the police, walking distance from the beach. I thing it is always better to have a car if you want to enjoy all the opportunities is the Malls near by, but you have every think walking distance. |
