Unfortunately, due to some unforseen circumstances, I regret to inform you that I must cancel my reservation for the Malibu on March 14-21, 2010 and request a deposit refund. I want to thank you and your company for working with me to get me the best deal I could find, but due to certain situations, we no longer need the accomodations of one of your houses. If you could please refund the deposit of $1000.00 and hopefully we will be able to do business in the future, due to your excellent customer service that you exemplified during our brief encounter.
